SFU Computing Science Dual Degree Program

4/3/2012

The Simon Fraser University–Zhejiang University Dual Degree program is an exciting program designed to attract highly-motivated individuals who recognize the importance of international experience.  Students will receive degrees from both universities, become proficient in Chinese and gain a global enriching experience. The program is also an important step in SFU's internationalization effort.

The cohort-based Dual Degree Program started in 2005.  Students in the program have learned to advance their Mandarin proficiency while building on their computing science knowledge.  Both are essential skills in the ever-changing global market! They will have the opportunity to study at Simon Fraser University as well as at the distinguished Zhejiang University (known as "Cambridge of the East") in Hangzhou, China.

Students from all countries (except students holding Chinese, Taiwan, HK citizenships), with or without Chinese language background are eligible to apply. Upon completion of the 5-year program, students will earn a Bachelor's degree from each university respectively.  More information is available at our website at
