DEADLINES TO SELF-REPORT
Major Entrance Scholarship applicants: February 15
Applicants to the Beedie School of Business: March 15, 2017
All other applicants: April 30

WHAT DO I REPORT?
Final marks for grade 11 courses and interim or final marks for grade 12 courses. If you have a grade of TS (Transfer Standing), enter a grade of 50% for that course. Grades for online courses may be used for admission however the course must be 100% complete by April 30.
Major Entrance Scholarship and/or Beedie School of Business applicants who do not yet have interim grade 12 marks: please report your final grade 11 mark in place of your grade 12 mark.
WHEN SHOULD I REPORT?
If you are studying on a semester system you should report marks as soon as you have some midterm marks for your second semester — usually around mid-March. HOWEVER, if you have applied to Business or the Major Entrance Scholarship, you must self report by their specific deadlines (see above), so you will have to use your grade 11 mark as an indicator of what your grade 12 mark will be.
