BC and Yukon Self Reporting
BC self-reporting will remain open until April 11, though we encourage students to report as soon as they are able. Students taking semestered courses should list the Semester 2 courses they have in progress without grades. One of the most common self-reporting errors students make is predicting Semester 2 grades, or including them when they are not required. Please ask students to read the self - reporting instructions carefully. They must upload their report card (received from your school) and the Unofficial Transcript of Grades, which they can download from the Ministry Student Secure Web. These are the only two documents they will need for self-reporting. UBC Document Upload Students may still upload their documents, even though the deadline was March 15. Applicants should review the instructions carefully or contact [email protected] if they have any questions about uploading their documents. Destination UBC Your students have already begun receiving invitations from us about Destination UBC. Admitted students from across Canada will be invited to a weekend on either UBC's Okanagan or Vancouver campus in May. UBC will cover the cost of travel and accommodation for students who will travel to join us. Award Extension The Lindsay and Elizabeth Gordon Entrance Award for Community Health Scholars is an entrance award for Aboriginal students who have not yet pursued formal post-secondary education, or who are returning to post secondary education. Deadline: April 8, 2016. Campus Tours and Virtual Tours A reminder that campus tours run weekly all year, and that we also accommodate school group tours (Vancouver | Okanagan). If your students are unable to make the trip out west, we have wonderful Virtual Campus Tours they can check out on our website.
