The 2016 TRIUMF High School Fellowship program is accepting applications. Since 2004, the Fellowship program is for students who will enter the first year of a full-time science undergraduate degree program. The Fellowship includes an award of $3,000 and a six-week summer research position at TRIUMF, Canada's National Laboratory for Particle and Nuclear Physics.
Students must be nominated by their secondary school. Please bring this opportunity to the attention of accomplished science students in your school. Although very important, academic performance is only part of the review criteria; the award is intended for individuals with a passion for science, particularly physics.
Application forms will be accepted only electronically by emailing PDF copies to [email protected]. The program guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from here:

The forms are in editable PDF format. They also can be filled in by hand and later scanned for emailing. If you would like further information on the program, do not hesitate to contact Dana Giasson, Student Program Coordinator at 604.222.7565 or [email protected]
