All BC applicants should have now received an email from the UVic Admissions office with instructions on how to submit their transcripts to UVic through the BC Ministry of Education’s new XML system. All applicants must complete this step by the date provided in the email (even if they’ve already done so using the old Student Transcript Service system).
Students who weren’t offered early, conditional admission decisions based on their self-reported grades will be re-evaluated based on the XML transcripts sent to UVic. After being reconsidered, they may receive an admission offer in late April to mid-May if they are eligible.
Registration 101 webinars will be taking place throughout May and June to help your students plan which courses to take in their first year and learn how course registration works at UVic. Dates and registration information will be available on our Events website in mid-April.
