- Apply Now
- Create an account (or login, if you already have one).
To start a new or renewal application, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your eligibility for an Award. - If you are found to be eligible, new applicants will automatically begin the application form. Renewing applicants will be advised by email if they are eligible to apply after an administrator reviews the assessment. Your work is saved as you go and you may continue to edit the application form until you submit your fully completed application.
- New applicants must provide an email address for a Reference who will confirm your community involvement. The online application system will send an automatic email to your reference with a link to fill out the reference form on your behalf.
- New applicants must also provide confirmation of your Indigenous identity. You may do this by uploading documentation such as a status/membership card, or by providing the email address of a Verifier at an Indigenous organization who will be asked to complete an online form confirming your Indigenous identity.
- Once you have completed all components on the online form, AND have your reference and confirmation of Indigenous identity, click “Submit”. You will NOT be able to submit an application that is missing any supporting documentation. Once you submit your application, you are no longer able to make edits.
- If you are unable to complete an application online, please contact the Society at 1-844-478-4645 to make alternate arrangements.
